ACE (American Council On Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer
My name is Mitchell Evans and I am the fitness director at the Walden Fitness Center. Aside from growing up in the state of Ohio, I attended Indiana University where I acquired my degree in Kinesiology as well as played collegiate football. I’ve been lucky enough to have had many opportunities to work with clients from different backgrounds including children, athletes, and cardiac rehab patients. My experience as a college athlete and personal trainer compliments my education as a Fitness Specialist where I focused on functional training and exercise prescription for specific populations. Please feel free to contact me, if you wish to pursue Personal Training, or have any other questions regarding fitness.

Hi, my name is Patricia, and I am a personal trainer at the Walden Fitness Center. I am a native Houstonian, and I migrated to Walden in 2004. Throughout my life, I have been involved in athletics. Working out or being on a sports team, whether for myself, my sons, or both, has always been a part of my life. My husband, Don, and I have raised two sons, who have gone on to play collegiate tennis at the United States Military Academy. We have traveled throughout the nation to compete in national level junior tennis tournaments. Personal training is a natural progression for me. I love to teach, and I want to share my accumulated knowledge with people while helping to improve their lives. My training focus is on teaching posture, balance, holistic nutrition, and strength by using a variety of fitness equipment and body weight exercises. Please feel free to contact me regarding personal training.
